If you're having trouble logging in to your QuickAuction account, resetting your password is quick and easy.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the QuickAuction sign-in page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click Submit
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Follow the link to create a new password
Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation message and can sign in with your new password.
Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
⚠️ Using a Copart Account?
If your account is connected to Copart, you won’t be able to reset your password through QuickAuction.
You may see this message:
“This account is managed by Copart. Please reset your password on the Copart website.”
👉 In this case, please reset your password directly with Copart here.
Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Try submitting the request again
If you still don’t receive the email, contact support and we’ll help you out.
Reset Link Not Working?
Password reset links can expire or only be used once.
If you see this message:
“Reset link is invalid or expired. Please request a new link.”
👉 Go back to the login page and request a new password reset email.
