Buyer Fees
Buyer fees are charged on all completed transactions and help support the QuickAuction marketplace.
This article explains how buyer fees are calculated and when they're charged.
How Buyer Fees Are Calculated
The buyer fee is 6% of the final winning bid amount.
Your buyer fee will always be displayed before you confirm the transaction, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
When Buyer Fees Are Charged
Buyer fees are charged after:
- The Seller accepts your winning bid.
- The transaction is successfully completed.
Once the buyer fee has been processed, you'll receive the Seller's contact information so you can arrange payment for the vehicle or item and coordinate pickup.
Note: QuickAuction only collects the marketplace buyer fee. Payment for the vehicle or item is arranged directly between the Buyer and Seller.
Refunds
If a completed transaction is later canceled as part of an approved dispute, any applicable marketplace fees will be refunded.
For more information, see Disputes: How the Process Works.
