Below are the most common dispute reasons.
Vehicle Condition Issues
Select this if the vehicle condition does not match the listing description.
Examples include:
Undisclosed damage
Major mechanical issues not mentioned in the listing
Missing engine or major components
Vehicle condition significantly different from photos or description
These disputes may require Admin review.
Title Issues
Select this if there is a problem with the vehicle title.
Examples include:
Title status does not match the listing
Title is missing or unavailable
Title type was misrepresented
Title transfer cannot be completed
These disputes typically require Admin review.
Listing Information Incorrect
Select this if important listing details were incorrect.
Examples include:
Incorrect year, make, or model
Incorrect mileage
Incorrect vehicle specifications
Listing information significantly different from the vehicle received
These disputes may go through Seller review first.
Vehicle Not Available / Seller Cannot Complete Sale
Select this if the Seller cannot deliver the vehicle.
Examples include:
Vehicle already sold elsewhere
Seller no longer has possession of the vehicle
Seller cancels the transaction
These disputes are usually resolved quickly and may result in the listing being marked No Sale.
Payment or Transaction Issue
Select this if there is a problem related to the transaction.
Examples include:
Payment was processed but the sale cannot be completed
Seller refuses to proceed after payment
Transaction cannot be finalized
These disputes are often escalated for Admin review.
