If a document you uploaded was not approved, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix.
Below are the most common reasons documents are rejected.
Expired Documents
QuickAuction cannot accept expired identification or credentials.
If your document is expired, upload a current version through the Document Uploader.
Blurry or Unreadable Images
Photos must be clear and readable.
Common issues include:
Blurry images
Low lighting
Camera glare
Cropped documents
If your document was rejected for image quality, upload a clear photo taken in good lighting.
Information Does Not Match Your Account
The name or details on the document must match your QuickAuction account.
If there is a mismatch, verification may fail.
Examples include:
Different name on ID
Business account using a personal document
Incorrect account details
Document Missing Required Information
Documents must show all required information.
For example:
Full name
Document number
Expiration date
Photo or identifying information
If part of the document is cut off, upload a new image showing the entire document.
Unsupported Document Type
Some document types cannot be accepted.
Accepted identification typically includes:
Driver’s license
Passport
Government-issued ID card
If you uploaded a different type of document, you may need to upload a supported one.
